Important Information

TeachAssist users can easily delete the data stored by the TeachAssist app directly through the app or by uninstalling the application. No external requests are necessary. To delete your TeachAssist profile, contact YRDSB.

Method 1: Logout from App

Open the TeachAssist app

Tap on your profile icon

Scroll down to find logout option

Tap "Logout" to remove your data

Method 2: Uninstall App

Locate TeachAssist on your device

Long press the app icon

Select "Uninstall" or drag to uninstall

Confirm uninstallation

What Data Gets Deleted

When you logout or uninstall TeachAssist, the following data is removed:

  • - Account credentials and login information
  • - Cached academic data and grades
  • - App preferences and settings
  • - Any locally stored user data
